Foundational understanding of emotional health
Togetherness training is a unique opportunity for Australian professionals working with families, adults, staff, students or in any relationship, to support reflection and emotional regulation.

Evidence-based training and professional development
The strong psychodynamic framework of the Solihull Approach provides a readily accessible pathway to engage meaningfully with others. We support practitioners to reflect on factors that influence expectations, capacity and behaviours.
Understanding the mechanisms of supporting emotional regulation and self-determination enables practitioners to identify what adjustments are required to achieve quality relational outcomes in complex situations. The model also provides a safeguarding element by promoting constant self-reflection based on the state of self and others.
Togetherness (Solihull Approach model) training is:
- Small group, live-remote access via zoom
- Group booking or tailored bespoke team training
- Supported by print materials and resources
- Available to managers, first-responders, teachers, practitioners including health professionals, early childhood educators and anyone working with others during antenatal, infant, early childhood, teenage and adult life phases.

Training resources
All of our training is supported by appropriate resources available in print format or digitally. We are happy to support you in both selecting and delivery of your resources. Most trainings are offered via live remote access, but please ask us about face to face trainings in your area.
Parent group facilitators’ training
With raising emotional health for everybody at the heart of our mission, we support practitioners to ‘activate Togetherness’ for parent support in the community. Following on from the Foundation training, you may wish to train to deliver one of our parent groups, each of which is supported by a delivery resource pack following the appropriate short additional training.

School training
Togetherness offers a whole school approach to emotional health designed to support the whole community. The Solihull Approach model supports classroom learning, parent engagement, and staff cohesion. Please contact us to discuss your school needs.
